Terms of service

We work on a monthly management fee for each channel. A channel is an advertising platform we manage ads on.

Each monthly channel fee has a fixed component (flat fee) and a variable component (percentage of ad spend).

Google Ads Management

Ongoing activities:

  • Google campaign management and optimizations *
  • Basic data feed management:
    • Merchant center monitoring (disapprovals, feed issues)
    • Correcting product disapprovals/ feed issues
    • Merchant Promotions (1 promotion / month)
  • Weekly email stats:
    • An email report delivered weekly with high level account stats (Spend, Revenue, Conversions, ROAS)
  • Monthly report:
    • A standard monthly report on the high level account stats for the previous month, channel performance, plus comparison charts
  • Performance Review call:
    • Reviewing the account and campaign stats, communicating insights, plan of action for the next period

  • Shopping campaigns:
    • Search term optimization (negative keywords)
    • Product group bidding
    • Device bidding
    • Detailed geographic bidding (state level)
    • Audience bidding (RLSA)

  • Search campaigns:
    • Search term optimization (negative keywords, plus keyword harvesting)
    • Text ads creation and optimization
    • Keyword bid management
    • Device bidding
    • Detailed geographic bidding (state level)
    • Audience bidding (RLSA)

  • Dynamic Retargeting campaigns:
    • Placement and/or audience optimization (negative placements)
    • Ad template creation and optimization
    • Device bidding
    • Detailed geographic bidding (state level)

 

Facebook & Instagram Ads management

Ongoing activities:

  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Audience testing
  • Bid and budget management
  • A/B testing ad elements in order to improve results.
  • Basic data feed management:
    • Facebook Catalog monitoring (disapprovals, feed issues)
    • Correcting product disapprovals/ feed issues
  • Weekly email stats:
    • An email report delivered weekly with high level account stats (Spend, Revenue, Conversions, ROAS)
  • Monthly report:
    • A standard monthly report on the high level account stats for the previous month, channel performance, plus comparison charts
  • Performance Review call:
    • Reviewing the account and campaign stats, communicating insights, plan of action for the next period

Amazon Ads Management

Ongoing activities:

  • Bid management: continuously optimize the bids of each keyword or product group as well as managing bid modifiers for devices, locations, audiences and ad schedules.
  • Targeting optimization: continuously refine campaign targeting by adding negative keywords, excluding placement or audience segments.
  • Weekly email stats:
    • An email report delivered weekly with high level account stats (Spend, Revenue, Conversions, ROAS)
  • Monthly report:
    • A standard monthly report on the high level account stats for the previous month, channel performance, plus comparison charts
  • Performance Review call:
    • Reviewing the account and campaign stats, communicating insights, plan of action for the next period

 

Microsoft (Bing) Ads Management
